Our approach
Costanzo Automotive Advisory respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use this website or contact Adrian about automotive advisory services.
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or customer accounts.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, the type of automotive help you are interested in, and the details in your message.
Our hosting provider may also process limited technical information, such as an IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry service temporarily uses an IP address to limit automated or excessive submissions, but does not include it in the enquiry email or application logs.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand what assistance you are seeking, provide or discuss the requested service, keep appropriate business records, and protect the enquiry service from misuse.
You do not have to provide your information, but Adrian cannot respond to an enquiry without at least your name, email address and a short message.
Who receives it
Your enquiry is delivered to Costanzo Automotive Advisory. Information may also be processed by service providers used to operate the website and deliver email, currently Vercel and Resend. These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
We do not sell personal information. We only disclose it when needed to provide the service you request, when you ask or authorise us to, or when required by law.
Storage and security
Enquiries are transmitted over encrypted connections and delivered by email. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, the resulting client relationship, business record-keeping, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified where practicable.
Access, correction and concerns
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Start through the website enquiry form and state that your message is a privacy request. We may need to confirm your identity before providing or changing personal information.
We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or information-handling practices change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
